Executive Order 11195—Placing Additional Positions in Levels IV and V of the Federal Executive Salary Schedule

January 30, 1965

By virtue of the authority vested in me by subsection (g) of Section 303 of the Government Employees Salary Reform Act of 1964, and as President of the United States, it is ordered as follows:

Section 1. Section 1 of Executive Order 11189 of November 23, 1964, is amended by adding thereto the following:

(6) Chief of Protocol, Department of State.

Sec. 2. Section 2 of Executive Order 11189 of November 23, 1964, is amended by adding thereto the following:

(15) Staff Director, Commission on Civil Rights.

(16) Assistant Director (Program Planning, Analysis, and Research), Office of Economic Opportunity.

(17) General Counsel, Veterans Administration.

Sec. 3. This Order shall be effective immediately.
