Interstate Commerce Commission Nomination of Reginald E. Gilllain, It., To Be a Member.

The President today announced his intention to nominate Reginald E. Gilllain, Jr., to be a member of the Interstate Commerce Commission.

Gilliam is legislative assistant to Senator John Glenn.

He was born December 29, 1944, in New York City. He received an A.B. from Lincoln University in 1965 and a J.D. from Harvard Law School in 1968.

From 1968 to 1969, Gilllain was a staff attorney in Utica, N.Y. He was an assistant professor at the State University of New York in Albany, N.Y., from 1969 to 1972. From 1972 to 1975, he was assistant dean of Williams College. He has been legislative assistant to Senator Glenn since 1975.
