I CORDIALLY congratulate you and the other authorities of New York University on the celebration tomorrow of the Centennary of this historic institution of learning with its long and honorable record of service to community and nation. I regret that I may not be present to take part personally in the expressions of pride and appreciation of its distinguished achievements which I know will flow in from every quarter of the world.
