BURLINGTON, Vt. – U.S. Sen. Bernie Sanders on Friday begins a two-day swing through South Carolina. The "First in the South Presidential Candidates Forum" kicks off the trip, which includes stops in Rock Hill, Columbia and Aiken. The Democratic Party presidential candidate will discuss a wide range of issues, including criminal justice reform, his college affordability plan, income and wealth inequality and getting big money out of politics.

Here is the itinerary:

Friday, November 6

8 p.m.

The First in the South Presidential Candidates Forum, Winthrop University, Byrnes Auditorium, 1703 Memorial Circle, Rock Hill

Saturday, November 7

9:30 a.m.

Keynote Speech at the 2015 Southern Regional Meeting of the National Federation of Democratic Women, Whitton Auditorium, Vivian Moore Carroll Hall, 883 Ebenezer Avenue, Rock Hill

Candidate Committee Press Conference, Columbia Conference Center, 169 Laurelhurst Avenue, Columbia

Aiken Town Hall Meeting, USC Aiken Convocation Center, 375 Robert M. Bell Pkwy, Aiken

Doors open at 6 p.m. The event is free and open to the public. Tickets are not required, but an RSVP is strongly encouraged. Admission is first come, first served.
