It is an honor to send personal greetings to Your Majesty on the fiftieth anniversary of your accession to the throne. I wish at the same time to express my hope that the people of Laos will continue for many years to benefit from your wise and courageous leadership which has been so vital a factor in the inspiring defense of your Kingdom against foreign aggression.
