Second of two stops yields big turnout hours after drawing 1,100-plus voters to Fairbanks event

ANCHORAGE, Alaska — 2012 Republican Presidential candidate Ron Paul attracted a remarkable 1,500-plus voters to a town hall meeting in Anchorage, the second of two stops where the 12-term Congressman from Texas drew in excess of 1,000 people. Hours prior to his stop in Anchorage, Dr. Paul attracted more than 1,100 voters to his Fairbanks town hall meeting.

The Anchorage event took place at 6:00 p.m. AKST at the Dena'ina Civic and Convention Center, located at, 600 West 7th Avenue, Anchorage, AK 99501.
