VP St. Louis pool #3
Elizabeth Landers • CNN
February 22, 2017: 11:42 AM

Air Force 2 has arrived in St. Louis- wheels down at 11:40:01 CST/12:40:01 EST.

We had a relatively smooth flight with a bit of turbulence leaving the DC airspace. The Vice President came to greet the pool once we were in the air. He asked if we needed anything and the pool made a preliminary request for an OTR stop for BBQ. He seemed amenable to the idea.

We will establish our live signal shortly- there will be an all-call by CNN. Our schedule remains: listening session spray, tour of Fabick Cat factory floor, and remarks by the VP. All will be live.

FOR PLANNING PURPOSES ONLY:

Press Secretary Marc Lotter has advised that the VP will address the vandalism at a Jewish cemetery AT THE TOP of his remarks at 1:30p CST/2:30p EST. Lotter also advised that there will be a heavy emphasis on job creation and repealing and replacing Obamacare during the remarks as well. He expects the VP to speak for about 20 minutes- no Q&A.

Once again, this will be live barring transmission issues with the LiveU. Please advise if the signal is not good and we can always refeed later.
