Pool report #1 — President Trump signed E.O. (early) in the Oval Office

[Pooled events were so jammed together that POOL reports will come in waves to work backward]

Small Business owners (9) who were in the Roosevelt Room this morning right before the signing, and formed a ring around the president around his desk in the Oval Office, are to be at the driveway stakeout NOW.

The POOL was ushered into the Oval Office very early — 10:09 am. and out at 10:11 a.m. The entire POOL was not witness to the signing because the intercom was not working and the president was ready very early, so it was a rush to get in place.

President took NO Questions at the Oval signing and NO questions at the Roosevelt Room meeting with small business.

Trump signed an executive order to reduce the regulatory burden on small and large businesses by eliminating two orders for every one new regulation [more to come from background briefing with two senior administration officials on background arranged for the POOL].

The president called his order "a big one."

Seen in the Oval Office: Counsel McGahn; CoS Priebus; Kushner, Domestic Policy Director Andrew Bremberg; NEC Director Gary Cohn.

More reports TK ... this is a wave of info working backward. Apologies.
