White House Pool Report 3
Mark Matthews • The Denver Post
January 23, 2017: 01:22 PM

Pool taken into Oval Office at 11:44 a.m. for POTUS signing of three executive orders, including withdrawal of U.S. from Trans-Pacific Partnership.

"We've been talking about this for a long time," said POTUS of TPP. It is a "great thing for the American worker."

The second was a hiring freeze for federal workers. "Except for the military," said POTUS.

The third dealt with Mexico City. Will update with specifics.

As pool was leaving, POTUS was asked question about lawsuits. He said they were "without merit."
