After Pence swears in John Kelly as DHS secretary
Trump sat and signed two executive orders in a chair behind a desk in front of about 70 people

Trump signed the wall executive order first and the displayed it with his signature. Pool could not hear what he said.
Then before Trump signed the second order, on internal security, he singled out ICE and other agents.
With POTUS standing behind him, Pence spoke before swearing in retired Marine Gen. John Kelly as DHS secretary.

Pence express gratitude for Kelly's military device, citing its "Extraordinary distinction." Citing a Marine motto, Pence said The president and he were confident he will live out that great service as DHS secretary.
Trump then spoke, saying he asked Gen. James Mattis, he choice for Defense secretary, for advice on the DHS post. "without hesitation, he said Gen. John Kelly," Trump said.
Trump said Kelly is not somebody who is politically correct.
"He's a rough tough guy but he's also got a good heart," Trump said., and he"will do a very special job."
Trump then said he would take a tour of the DHS facility.
