POTUS Pool Report 3
Anita Kumar • McClatchy Newspapers
January 22, 2017: 04:05 PM

Pool stood inside the Green Room, perched in the doorway of the Blue Room.

At 3:44 pm, your pooler saw POTUS and VPOTUS at one end of the room where there was a reception to thank first-responders

You pool could not hear all their remarks from our location.

POTUS spotted FBI Director James Comey in the audience and called out to him. Comey came up to Trump and shook his hands and gave him a hug and then shook VPOTUS' hand.

"He's become more famous than me," POTUS quipped.

More to come.
