Travel Pool Report #8 -- FLOTUS comments

Hey all.

Since the press was a bit late getting into the speech venue, here is a pool report about FLOTUS comments. The press was here for the start of POTUS remarks, so I will not pool that.


FLOTUS spoke briefly before POTUS, noting that the the almost completed foreign trip was a big success for her husband and for her.

"We had the great time here. And we did a lot of great stuff. I want to thank you very much," FLOTUS said. "This has been an incredible treat and great strides have been made. This trip has also been incredible for me as First Lady."

FLOTUS briefly listed her events on the trip, visiting at schools, hospitals and meeting the Pope. She noted that one of the children she met with has just been informed that he has a new heart.

"It was a moment I will never forget. I wish him a speedy recovery," FLOTUS said.

A few moments later, she introduced her husband
