Pool Report #2
Chris Johnson • Washington Blade
May 29, 2017: 10:58 AM

Motorcade arrived at Arlington Cemetery at 10:46 after passing many bystanders on the way, many of whom held up iPhones to record the passing of the motorcade.

Near Memorial Bridge, a group of a dozen individuals stood in a line and saluted. They seemed like military service members doing an exercise and were carrying flags and backpacks.

Motorcade also passed a group of Westbrook Baptist Church protesters, who were holding signs starting with "God hates..." Pooler didn't see the entire hateful message.

As motorcade travelled the cemetery, service member stood at attention along the route and a 21-gun salute could be heard booming in the background.

Pool escorted near Tomb of the Unknown Soldier.
