VP pool report #1
Maureen Groppe • USA Today
May 25, 2017: 01:58 PM

Pool was taken into the Vice President's ceremonial office for what was billed as a roundtable discussion of Trump's 2018 budget with "conservative thought leaders." The discussion was supposed to be led by VP Pence and OMB Director Mulvaney. But Pence had a scheduling change and didn't come, so pool was led out after some opening remarks by Mulvaney and a few others. I will send that summary shortly.
