Color on EU meeting site

The meeting between President Trump and the European leaders, Donald Tusk and Jean-Claude Juncker, took place in the newly-completed headquarters of the European Union, known as Europa. The 320-million Euro building features a spectacular 11-story atrium with a giant lantern-shaped glass structure that houses conference rooms. The atrium is wrapped in glass wall constructed from recycled wood frames salvaged from across Europe.

Opening just after Britain voted to leave the EU, the building is seen as both a symbol of renewal for the EU and an example of its bureaucratic excess.
