VP pool report #4
Ashley Parker • The Washington Post
March 11, 2017: 11:22 AM

Vice President Pence just began speaking at 11:20 a.m., following remarks by Gov. Matt Bevin.

The actual event space, in the Harshaw Trane warehouse, is fairly small, with Bevin and Pence speaking against a backdrop of warehouse boxes and a large American flag. The crowd, of about 100 to 150, was invited by the governor's office, and also includes Harshaw Trane employees. Kentucky Congressmen Andy Barr and Brett Guthrie also attended — and Pence just gave them a shout-out, as well as Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell.

The event is open press.
