Cameron Joseph • New York Daily News
May 16, 2017: 02:22 PM

The pool was brought into the bilateral luncheon, where Trump made a remark about the "potential" of the meal that the pool didn't fully hear and ignored press questions.

On Trump's side of the table, seated L-R:

Gary Cohn, H.R. McMaster, James Mattis, Mike Pence, Trump, Rex Tillerson, an open seat, Jared Kushner and Dina Powell.

Foreign pool will have Erdogan comments but here are a few snippets. Complete Trump remarks below those.

He congratulated Trump on "the legendary triumph" of his election win.

He said the U.S.-Turkish relationship is "erected upon the Democratic values and common interests."

"There is no place for terrorist organizations in the future of our region."

Said supporting YPG & PYD "will never be accepted and it is going to be against our global agreement that we have reached."

"We should never allow those groups to manipulate the religious structure or ethnic structure of the region"
