Press were ushered into the Rose Garden at roughly 2:55 for the president's press conference on passage of GOP legislation to roll back the Affordable Care Act.

"Welcome to the beginning of the end of Obamacare," declared vice president Mike Pence.

Roughly 60-70 Republican House members are in attendance, lined up on the stairs in photo formation. One notable placement: Freedom Caucus leader Rep. Mark Meadows is front and center, right beside the president and Speaker Paul Ryan.

Health and Human Services Secretary Tom Price received a big round of applause as he entered and joined his former colleagues behind the podium.

Spotted in the crowd so far: Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner, Transportation Sec. Elaine Chao, OMB director Mick Mulvaney, press secretary Sean Spicer, chief White House economist Gary Cohn.
