VPOTUS pool report 4 - Sydney Opera House + lid
Andrew Beatty • Agence France-Presse
April 23, 2017: 04:38 PM

Just before four, the motorcade carrying VPOTUS and his family arrived at the Sydney Opera House.

A few minutes later they emerged from inside the building to stand on atop the red granite platform of the building.

There, they posed for a Christmas card photo against the backdrop of the concrete ribs and ceramic roof tiles that make up the iconic structure (constructed between 1957 and 1973 and designed by Dane Jørn Utzon.)

The second family then walked inside, passing John Olsen's mural 'My Salute to Five Bells', before going out onto a thin balcony and talking another couple of photos against the backdrop of the Harbor Bridge.

We were quickly back in the motorcade and after a five minute ride we were back at the hotel with a lid.
